Our Story
The vision behind World Discovery has always been simple yet ambitious: to bring together different travel experiences and make them accessible to everyone. Travel, after all, is not one-size-fits-all. From the very beginning, we wanted to create one place where people could find inspiration and enjoy their most memorable travel experiences.
That vision began to take shape in 2014, when we introduced our first small tours in Slovenia. What started as modest sightseeing experiences soon expanded into longer vacations across the country. From there, the journey continued naturally—first into neighboring countries, then further across Europe, and eventually around the globe.
With each step, we not only grew our destinations but also our portfolio of experiences—bringing new travel styles under one roof. From classic sightseeing, we moved into self-guided hiking and cycling adventures, then added cultural escapes, gourmet journeys, luxury holidays, ski trips, and cruises.
Today, the World Discovery Travel Network is a global family of more than 200 brands and around 1,000 travel experiences spanning five continents.
