Our holiday with Slovenia Cycling Holidays (Alps to the Adriatic) was a fantastic experience. The scenery was awesome, as was accommodation & hospitality. But what took our tour to another level of pleasure was our communication with Anže Okršlar - our designated Travel Agent. Anže went way beyond his job description in helping us to change/upgrade accommodation, make restaurant bookings & being available WhatsApp. We cannot recommend Anže & his company more highly - can’t wait to make our next tour!
We booked with Slovenia Cycling Holidays for a 10 day trip including 6 days cycling and 4 rest days. They tailored the trip to suit us and we cycled from Bled in the mountains to Piran at the coast and had a wonderful time. We were very impressed by the quality of the eBikes, the route instructions. the hotels and the overall planning they put into our trip. Slovenia is a beautiful country and well worth visiting.
Our group of 17 had an awesome tour organized by Slovenia Cycling Holidays. We were self-guided on the road, but they provided the routes (on RWGPS), arranged all the hotels, luggage shuttle, ground transport and the bikes. All the hotels were great and the routes were accurate to the last meter! Better yet was the info they provided via a phone app with a multitude of information. And when we had a problem with one bike, they were very quick to resolve it. When coming to Slovenia again, I will travel with Slovenia Cycling Holidays.
Carefree, seamless and expertly curated cycling adventure through the French Alps! Domen and team were quick to respond to inquiries, provide additonal support and guide us to experience the trip we only dreamed of! We chose to upgrade to the e-assist bikes, which were new and easy to get the hang of to help us reach each of our stages of the Tour de France, truly a dream come true. The apps were easy to use to navigate the daily routes, weather conditions, and contact the support team when needed. This was our first time using a tour company for an active vacation and it was better than we could have imagined. We are already planning our next vacation with Cycling Holidays France.
What a terrific adventure! We biked the “Alps to Adriatic” route as a family, and enjoyed starting in the Alps, riding through wine country, and ending at the Adriatic Sea! Everything was well organized, we enjoyed the mix of gravel and paved routes, clear and helpful information, and great communication. Highly recommend!
